   Chicken cordon bleu. Easy to make, tastes great! Take thick chicken cutlets, cut a pocket in the middle being careful not to puncture the other side. Stuff with ham and cheese, bread them and bake at 350 for about an hour or until they are golden brown.

   Hamburger/bun/onion/lettuce/tomato/mus…
   potatoe salad
   slaw
   Bush’s grillin beans (great)
   Chips
   watermelon
   strawberries & chocolate sauce
   store bought marble cake/icing
   diet pepsi (naturally)

   Since its memorial day weekend its time to bar-b-que. We made beef ribs basted with spicy sauce with corn on the cob and potato salad. Also you could add a green salad with tomatoes and cut up water melon…mmm!!!

   I went to a party so I had smoked ribs, pasta salad, taco salad, salt potatoes, and a cupcake.

   Senate Bean soup and grilled cheese sandwich. You are right, half the time I don’t remember what I ate the evening before. LOL

   I couldn’t remember which is bad because I made it….had to ask my husband…. we had risotto with roast pumpkin and parmesan in it.

    lol i ate McDonald’s with me and my friends mom. Sorry, I dont think your mom will want to cook McDonalds lol but at least I have a good memory
