   If you’ve been dragging this around for 26 years without any problem, I doubt there’s anything wrong. If it is a source of concern for you or an embarrassment – then – by all means see a doctor & get it checked out. My confusion is why would you feel the need to offer an excuse or even show it off to anyone else or to your sex partner? I would think it would be none of their business & it’s not a problem unless you MAKE it an issue.

   You mean a ball sack needs to carry two testicles:so two balls.
   If one is OK and the other is way different I would advice you to go see a Dr,And no need for embarrassment either:they seen it all before.

   You should consult phycian. No body see to others only people watch animals so some animals are also having in the same way. Even doctor can’t do any thing but for your satisfaction you should consult doctor and it is alright actual no problem.
